management has no management training or leadership skills ,low pay, absurdly expensive benefits, confusing commission that is not explained well, and questions are never answered, an uncomfortable work environment, resources are not provided to all recruiters, they tried to get me to pay for LinkedIn Recruiter out of my own pockets, they do not match market for compensation. Not a fair amount of time off for recruiters. If you don't have a kid and you want to take a sick day- it's an issue with the bosses. If you commute via train and you want to wfh on a snow day, it's an issue (although when they hire you, they tell you they are flexible about WFH).
Recruiters do half of the Sales person's job and Sales gets all the compensation
