      Horrible management, horrible pay, fake commission, awful benefits, not a comfortable work environment - Recruiter Innovar Group Employee Review

      Pros

      There are no pros working here because management lies about everything, unless you are a mother, then management gives you some grace.

      Cons

      management has no management training or leadership skills ,low pay, absurdly expensive benefits, confusing commission that is not explained well, and questions are never answered, an uncomfortable work environment, resources are not provided to all recruiters, they tried to get me to pay for LinkedIn Recruiter out of my own pockets, they do not match market for compensation. Not a fair amount of time off for recruiters. If you don't have a kid and you want to take a sick day- it's an issue with the bosses. If you commute via train and you want to wfh on a snow day, it's an issue (although when they hire you, they tell you they are flexible about WFH). Recruiters do half of the Sales person's job and Sales gets all the compensation

In regards to our commission plan, Our commission plan is open – all calculations are defined and can be easily understood to ensure transparency in how everyone is paid. Innovar has enjoyed a remarkable 21-year run and is proud of our team centric atmosphere, industry leading compensation and customer success.       Pros

      I love working at Innovar Group. They found me as a passive job seeker, and I made the move from a monstrosity of an international staffing agency. At Innovar Group I feel like I have a seat at the table. Our team is extremely collaborative, innovative, and I work with some of best and most intellegent collegues in the industry. Our COO and founder is involved in daily business practices, and his number one priority is taking care of his internal team (ie. we recently shifted to 100% employer paid health benefits). Our leadership is not out of touch like many organizations...their boots are on the ground pushing forward business alongside us. We even have an accountant that does the majority of the back office work for us (no more reminding contractors to submit time, or clients to approve time). Our team is small, but mighty. We all work hard. We all work together. There's no internal politics, and absolutely NO DRAMA!

      Cons

      A smaller team and organization means more accountability, and more visibility.
