They give you a 9 hours job they provide a decent Accomodations and other facilities that's it
Cons
You will be constantly micromanaged throughout your contract period If you work there , you are not even allowed to have contact with other people even the ones you see daily. You are treated as a slave, a literal slave who have been given a small amount every month which they relentlessly reduce if you get sick , or you were just a second late. In the name of sick leave they treat you even worse humiliating you as a human. If you think rationally and you have an ounce of moral ground, you will regret and be under constant guilt for being a part of destroying other people's life through gambling. You know the truth but you can't say it to your customers, sorry Users coz they are said to be called that way. The worst work culture ever seen or heard in my life time. the most toxic place I have ever been lived. The nepo-racist people don't even give you the dignity to live in peace. If say anymore I might get emotional and will break from within. So that's the cons I have as of now.
