      -good salary, -no overtime or paid overtime if it happens, -appropriate tasks and workload, -good atmosphere at workplace, -work from home all the time -interesting projects -good work/life balance

      -frequent changes in the organization structure, -poor career prospects, -people using too much email instead of MS Teams -strange business decisions with poor justification -sluggish IT department

      Upper management refuses to reward hard workers and let people who complain get what they deserve want. These are also the people who create problems or don’t do anything
