      If you find someone who is here longer than 2 year you can learn a lot.

      Cons

      Honestly the management is not caring about you. Their EQ is kind of the lowest i ever seen. It's like working for robots who only cares about the numbers. I think this kind of view should not be considered in 21st century.

      Upper management refuses to reward hard workers and let people who complain get what they deserve want. These are also the people who create problems or don’t do anything
