      The organization is devoted to working as part of the Southwest-side Chicago community, and being part of the team at IMAN includes limitless opportunities to share ideas and have a positive and meaningful impact on the direction of the organization's work.

      Cons

      As with many non-profits, the work hours when working on major projects can extend beyond normal times, but these times are always made up for with breaks when said projects are completed.
