Overall - Anonymous employee Inmind Healthcare Group Employee Review

I have learnt a lot but may be that is more by design with not having sufficient staff and therefore being expected to take on huge workloads, with no extra pay, time of in lieu (which you wouldn't have the time to take anyway) etc. Also receive little support and little thanks. Most of the staff are really good but you tend to find those that actually stir the pot so to speak seem to be better thought of by Senior Management
