Pros

The benefits are very good, and even got better while I was there. Flexible PTO for salaried employees. The prescription drug plan is strong. The people are great.

Cons

Severe lack of diversity at the upper levels of the company. They talk diversity, but they don't practice what they preach. The communication is horrible, especially for such a small company. I was never sure if management was being honest. There was constant change. In just over 2 years time, all the division presidents changed over, and some of them twice. They were either leaving or being asked to resign. The CEO turned over once. Also, for a small company, they moved too slow. Getting things done often required several approvals. There was lots of chaos as it felt like we were constantly changing directions due to the frequent leadership changes. This could stall work.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for being part of Inmar for several years. We’re glad you’ve felt the impact of our investment in training and our strong, positive culture both are intentional priorities for us. We also understand that our complex, highly regulated environment can create challenges day to day. We’re actively working to streamline processes and increase clarity where we can, and we encourage associates to raise specific concerns with their managers so we can continue improving together. We appreciate your feedback and your contributions.
