Pros
Inland is supported by a larger hospital network, they have competitive pay, opportunity for advancement. Good place to get experience. Employees and physicians are good people and it is definitely a team environment.
Cons
Understaffed and the employees are spread thin, often having to cover in departments other than that which they were hired for. Staff are burnt out. Management is spread too thin as well, and they are covering too many departments to do any one job effectively.
