Cons
As soon as they advertise jobs, they're unavailable almost immediately due to so many members selecting the work. On the off chance you do manage to select a job, the support you get from them is appalling. The process isn't very clear, you're just left to figure it out for yourself. If you make a genuine mistake in any of your writing they become rude and unprofessional, they will send you emails with no manners (Edele), and when you email (several times) for support they will then ignore you and not respond. Overall, a very frustrating and stressful experience.
