Pros

There are no positives. The positive reviews on here are people on the "leadership" team who have been prompted by the owner to write them.

Cons

Where to begin. The expectation is you attend an hour and a half meeting and then do an 8 hour shift 5 days a week, then also work the 8 hour shift on the weekend. If you have a "day off" you're still expected to go to that meeting and should be setting up meetings with "leadership" for "personal growth" purposes. You will have to drive all over the metro area, including up to an hour from your home, but will not be paid for gas (the president claims you get 7 bucks for opening shift but that's actually just her paying you that hours wage). After your shift, off the clock, you'll have another hour/hour and a half of work including a phone call to talk about what you did wrong that day. I spent 2 weeks in Fargo for them, with 2 days notice to make arrangements. There were 2 people on "leadership" and 2 newbies, including me. We were expected to eat every meal together as a group and spend every night together. We got one day off which was also expected to be spent together as a group. When me and the other new girl got dinner by ourselves, no less than 4 people told us weren't supposed to do that. The work days were from 8 am to 9 pm but the hour and a half meetings we were *required* to go to were unpaid (illegal in the state of Minnesota). The president also called both me and the other new girl on seperate occasions with the intention of "making us cry" (her words). I could go on more about the treatment of employees, the terrible pay, the lack of time off the clock (let alone nonexistent days off), the system of bullying, and the illegal practices but I think I've said enough. I highly recommend not working here.

Pros

Everyone was nice and welcoming. Thats about it.

Cons

Honestly, where to begin. You are lied to from the start during the interview process. They try to sell you on the job instead of actually interviewing you. They make the job seem more glamorous when in reality all you're doing is selling a product at a Sams Club (which they don't tell you in the interview) so make sure to ask what you'll be selling and where. They tell you how quickly you will move up in the company but don't buy into that, its a scam. You're told you will only be working weekends for a little while and soon you won't have to work on the floor at Sams Club but that was also a lie. You start every day in the office as a small group for an hour and then have a long break until you have to go to Sams Club at 3-4pm and work until 7-8pm. I quit because I WAS lied to about the job, I never would've accepted the position if I knew the specifics of the job. The more I worked there, the more it felt like a pyramid scheme. PLEASE take my advice and do not work here.
