      Good benefits and payment HR is worry about employees People cooperates and is aware to give a good service. Company well positioned and recognized in mexican market.

      Cons

      Old culture (80's-90's) Bad leadership, not focused on developing people and management tasks. Managers are focused on operative tasks.
