      Pros

      Summer hours are nice to have. Bonus at year end and a nice 401k. It all depends on your manager

      Cons

      Checked timed cards for Salary employees. Employees with decades of service but no degree are not appreciated. This coming from a person with several advanced degrees seems highly unfair

      Great company to work for. Really cares for their employees. Great pay in good benefits. Environmentally conscious.
