      Management keep on changing The staff turnover is quite high Management always trying new things but unfortunately, their predecessors has tried beforehand and proven it wasnt working. Process driven often make things complicated

      Pros

      Extremely easy, minimal oversight and relaxed environment. Pay was good considering the level of work- easiest job I have ever had in my entire life.

      Cons

      No phones allowed inside the building, very boring work environment with distractions not allowed. Difficult to show your skill level because you aren't allowed to do much of anything.
