I would suggest not to work in this company.

Cons

The worst part of this organisation is the Management. The HR thinks that she is the owner of this organisation and things will be executed as per her choice, no need to ask the employees about it as they are treated very badly. No job security is there as you can get fired even after a few days of joining and if you ask the same to the HR she will just say "performance issue" when on the other hand she is the worst performer of this company only interested in gossiping and dominating the employees. Just dont ever join this company even if you dont have any other option.
