Pros
Good start for artists who are new to the industry. Scheduling is flexible, and the discount is fair (40%). I honestly cannot thing of another positive reason to suggest working here. It's just not worth it.
Cons
You're hired on lies. The company is built on empty promises, given to hide the fact that they have no structure. Micromanaged from the parent company in Poland, who have no knowledge of the American market or cosmetics in general! Absolutely no room for growth, you're constantly fed misinformation as no one knows what's really going on. They will try to threaten you with docked pay or termination and quickly change their attitude if they see you know the labor laws.
