      Pros

      Good pay. Pay based on production. $20-30 per hour if you become good at stacking and can move fast (and depending on how much time you have with the company). If you follow the rules, management will have no reason to have "negative conversations" with you.

      Cons

      Hard on your body because it is such a physically demanding job.

      -Rotating Weekends (Work Sat/Off Sun then Off Sat/Work Sun) -Flexible Scheduling

      Cons

      -You are expected to do a lot of work for very little pay -Being promoted is extremely unlikely and any wage increases is purely for inflation, not because they think you deserve it. -If you do not fight for higher wages they will not give it (I knew someone who has worked full-time in the deli for years longer than I, but somehow he made less than me) - Deli Management is very clique like, the assistant store manager has many complaints filed against him. -Expected to work holidays, no holiday pay or overtime (ever)
