      Pros

      - simple job, extremely common sensed based. - laid back environment - all your co workers in every department are great and are easy to get along with

      Cons

      - extremely poor management - pay is sub par - hours (part time) are a joke and they are never consistent with hours - impossible to get full time unless you know the manager personally - no advancement opportunities whatsoever - HARD WORK GOES UNNOTICED AND IS UNAPPRECIATED - Management will give hours to people who aren't as good a worker as you are and do not deserve it based simply off favoritism

      -Rotating Weekends (Work Sat/Off Sun then Off Sat/Work Sun) -Flexible Scheduling

      Cons

      -You are expected to do a lot of work for very little pay -Being promoted is extremely unlikely and any wage increases is purely for inflation, not because they think you deserve it. -If you do not fight for higher wages they will not give it (I knew someone who has worked full-time in the deli for years longer than I, but somehow he made less than me) - Deli Management is very clique like, the assistant store manager has many complaints filed against him. -Expected to work holidays, no holiday pay or overtime (ever)
