      Pros

      the people are nice and i love shopping there. they have a wonderful selection and great people.

      Cons

      for a company that brags about being American owned they sure do not treat their employees right. low pay, no raises and everyone is part time so they do not have to give you any benefits.

      Pros

      -Rotating Weekends (Work Sat/Off Sun then Off Sat/Work Sun) -Flexible Scheduling

      Cons

      -You are expected to do a lot of work for very little pay -Being promoted is extremely unlikely and any wage increases is purely for inflation, not because they think you deserve it. -If you do not fight for higher wages they will not give it (I knew someone who has worked full-time in the deli for years longer than I, but somehow he made less than me) - Deli Management is very clique like, the assistant store manager has many complaints filed against him. -Expected to work holidays, no holiday pay or overtime (ever)
