Pros
It was a nicer Ingles so most of the customers were genuine people and I got close to most of my regulars. I liked most of my co-workers.
Cons
The whole store wasn't cohesive. There was a lot of drama and there were no repercussions to what most people did. You could show up an hour late (or not even at all) and you would get a slap in the wrist.
