1) THE WORST PART: Despite having a hugely skilled worksforce, it is clear that the company actual policy is to extend probations and squeeze workers out to resign or fire illegitimately through nit-picking so they don't have to pay the perks that permanent employees get. 1) Mis-sold job, the company does not care about people at all, only targets. 2)New starters where told they are helping experienced people back into work after Covid but the reality is having to 'sell' many illiterate, unskilled, lazy/unmotivated customers to employers. 3)Impossible deadlines 4)Incompetent and invisible HR 4)Endless admin, 5) Management are unsupportive, deny that targets are impossible etc 6) Toxic environment
