Pros

1) Somewhere to get an income as an employee with access to data while they take up to 3 months to complete strict background and security checks AFTER you start work!

Cons

1) THE WORST PART: Despite having a hugely skilled worksforce, it is clear that the company actual policy is to extend probations and squeeze workers out to resign or fire illegitimately through nit-picking so they don't have to pay the perks that permanent employees get. 1) Mis-sold job, the company does not care about people at all, only targets. 2)New starters where told they are helping experienced people back into work after Covid but the reality is having to 'sell' many illiterate, unskilled, lazy/unmotivated customers to employers. 3)Impossible deadlines 4)Incompetent and invisible HR 4)Endless admin, 5) Management are unsupportive, deny that targets are impossible etc 6) Toxic environment

Pros

A team who truly care about making a difference in learners lives Everyone works hard to make it work and reach for 'Outstanding' An inspirational Director and Head of Delivery who understand the sector and what it takes to be the best Very competitive salaries Ingeus - Work hard to support the skills division and support our growth Ingeus - Provide me as a manager the tools required to do my best, an amazing company

Cons

Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!

It’s great to hear your positive comments of your time at Ingeus, with the right support and tools in place to excel in your role. I agree with your point around communication. It’s really important that we keep colleagues connected. If you have any specific ideas for how we can do this better, please do get in touch with me, or our Communications Team directly. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Kind Regards, Barry Fletcher
