I have been through the peer mentor programme and then wonderfully managed to gain employment with the Ingeus. It is a compassionate and people focused. A help to those in need and to help them overcome any barriers they may have to live well.

Cons

I don't think there are any.

A team who truly care about making a difference in learners lives Everyone works hard to make it work and reach for 'Outstanding' An inspirational Director and Head of Delivery who understand the sector and what it takes to be the best Very competitive salaries Ingeus - Work hard to support the skills division and support our growth Ingeus - Provide me as a manager the tools required to do my best, an amazing company

Cons

Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
