      Fantastic colleagues who were amazingly helpful and supportive.

      Cons

      Inept managers who are way out of their depth. Constant stream of lies fed to staff regarding progression and salaries Micro managing and bullying of people if their face doesn't fit. Overcrowded induction and poor interviewing Not interested in ideas or feedback as can be seen by the automated replies to bad feedback on here

      Cons

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
