      Unorganised, an awful company who take gov. funds - Account Manager Ingeus Employee Review

      Not being face to face with some of the management

      Cons

      The management are very short sighted and not for getting people back into work for the long term. Quick wins is a common place phrase that is used far too often. The JETS program seems to be a front for gaining government money to then give the participants on the scheme to agencies like Adecco to fill their temp roles?

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
