      Not a great company - Finance Ingeus Employee Review

      Working with my immediate colleagues.

      This company probably has the worst bunch of senior managers (Directors) I have ever encountered. Their behaviours don't match the company values. I was shocked to see how poorly they treat their employees bearing in mind the kind of work they do. Senior managers make a big thing about saying they listen to employee's feedback, but nothing changes. Even the HRD has no time for you. She just tells you to look things up on the portal. She really needs to find out what a modern HR function looks like.

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
