Pros
You get a wage, I can't think of much else
Cons
Such a management/director front loaded company, marketing themselves well but with zero capacity or capability to meet what they have promised to deliver to customers. The excused this behaviour when directly asked by saying it's a start-up mentality and not everyone was cut out for it. Incredibly toxic culture, for example; ops director shouting at staff on the regular, I personally witnessed bullying of single members of staff multiple times in the length of time I was there. No clear direction from the company management team, they seemed to flip into what ever space that Microsoft had funding in, showing a real lack of ability to get any work outside of those awarded directly to them. Some of the members of staff (never the directors) were working 60+ hours a week to meet work obligations, regularly in daily standups you would hear of other members of staff having been consistently working late (early AM hours) to complete work that was promised the next day, showing that there was no real understanding on effort required to complete customer tasks, etc from the team selling solutions. There's literally no job security it feels like it could collapse at a moments notice, this is apparent in the median tenure of company employees.
