Nice people to work with, traveling to difference conferences was tiring but in a fun way and decent female representation in leadership roles in the US branch.
Cons
Sales in publishing has a certain degree of forced relationships between publishers and consumers. Some publishers will fold critical scientific journal into unnecessary bundles forcing libraries to buy what they don't need, which makes selling other journals hard and you will be held to certain sales standard even if the market won't support it.
No real clear path for career advancement, and company direction still seems to be a work in progress.
