      Great team, cool stuff - Manager Infront X Employee Review

      Pros

      - Great team - knowledgeable and friendly - Amazing clients - working with the leaders of sports and media industry - Dynamic growing team, providing growth opportunities (but you have to pursue them), company policy is growth-oriented (up or out) - Nice office environment - a lot of attention is paid to team activities, office perks, sportive lifestyle is encouraged - Great equipment to work with - mostly latest Macbook Pros or Win laptops - Creative environment - people are following the latest trends in the industry, AR/VR/ML/Ad-Tech/etc. on the tech side, designers are creating some of the best solutions in the industry - Open doors policy - you can call/meet VP, President, CEO, CxO and discuss thing you need to discuss and that's totally fine

      Cons

      - It's a Pro or Con, depends on your values - company's policy is "Up or Out", so you need to grow - either within the company or outside it - you choose :) At the same time - no hurt feelings if you decide to grow somewhere else, can still be friends with the team - A lot of 'startup' spirit - backside of innovative/dynamic environment is certain percentage of disorder and a number of changes in the needs/plans/directions - Regular challenging projects - company takes some of the

      Pros

      - awesome company - intelligent. talented, career driven co-workers - flexible schedule - great culture - awesome projects

      Cons

      They did a major budget cuts and laid off a bunch of people and with promises of career growth and saying that they're getting more projects etc etc. i know you can't predict the future but seriously come on! people who were hired within 2 months got let go and people who love their jobs and that are great at their jobs. I feel like companies really need to be more loyal to their employees. Please rethink before hiring and laying people off
