Pros
1. They have good internal learning systems with a wide variety of options to choose from to upskill yourself, all free. 2. Their campus is usually big, talking about India locations here. So many things to do pre-post office hours, like indoor sports complex, swimming pools etc.
Cons
1. The higher management usually only thinks of the profit-loss part when deciding on an employee's future. They don't consider how religiously he is contributing towards company's and clients goal, and will give silly/unrealistic reasons for not doing the things to help you fulfil your career goals. 2. Quarterly bonus is hardly 100% 3. When at Onsite (outside base location, i.e. India) your salary will hardly increase. 4. Very less chances of promotion, even post serving in same designation for years and being eligible, the only reason they have is, we don't have enough free slots this year, lets check next year. I see only option to get promoted is to move away from here and come/join back.
