Pros
A very good work environment with in-house exposure specially if it's Infosys own campus. Lot of options for career growth. I myself got exposure in multiple roles to work with different business alliances to promote the different Integration Tools. Most of the leader and managers are very supportive and good mentor. A very good organization specially for freshers.
Cons
Even with multiple opportunities in career growth, the compensations are quite low which discourages employee to associate with the organization for long term.
