Pros

Your work is guaranteed even when you have no project. Every project is different and you work with people from all around the world. Everybody is nice and approachable, and if there's some situation with the client, they will work with you to improve. They have many events, hackathons, and trainings. Is up to you to improve.

Cons

The referral program is very slow, sometimes they never call the candidates.
