- Similar to other competitors , their idea of technical work is basically coordinating offshore teams .
- Too many PMs in some accounts. PMs do not do actual project management.
- Their policies are not employee friendly. Time and again it seemed that their policies are centered toward protecting themselves rather than making it easy for employee to work. Ex: taking your signatures and clicking checkboxes for small stuff.
- Non technical managers that are far away from knowing whats happening on the client side and so it is difficult at the time of yearly reviews
- They will assign you just about anything without looking at your background and then you are stuck with the account. They do not discuss your profile beforehand with client and then there is expectation mismatch when you work with client. Even if you have technical expertise , they will try to push you towards coordination work.
- They do not question client on fundamental project management stuff and make team suffer. Neither do they address the problem themselves. Rather , they expect you to fix project management
