-Appraisal processes are not efficient -Unrealistic expectations -Lack of transparency in promotions, perks, awards -Frustrating to get official things done eg:- claims, finance, Visa teams are terrible to work with. -Huge variation in salary on-paper and take home -Irritating/Annoying presence of the E&R department with lower that average standard of certificiations/examinations
