Salary for the people who joined between 1-3 yrs is too less in compared with market rate. -Some time too many process inviolved too makes one boring -dresscode must not be compulsory -There is no concept for flexi time. -Vrey less number of holidays in a year -No holodays for health related problems. -Too crowdy to work -Have to stand in line for anything and everything -Too much rules to be followed -Little conservative in providing Internet access unless approved -Not flexible in changing the technology,place of work,type of work. -Very complex salary structure to understand -Too much pressure on some people while some are work less.
