It will change as and needed by company comfort. - Top management can't handle the criticism. So never indulge in argument with top management. - Working on old technology and don't want to evolve. - Hygiene and cleaniness will extremely be reflected when client are going to visit. - Managers encourage for innovative idea, but won't come to implementaion table.
