      Pros

      No Micromanagement. Very much a good place to work if you are a self starter.

      Cons

      No uniformity. It is hard to work with other CSRs customer because everyone does their job very differently.

      Solid company, high quality products, good people. Friendly place to work. Opportunities for advancement. Policy of internal promotions, cross lateral movement

      Prior owners not open or straightforward. Sold company to much bigger firm. Significant change in culture. New owners not people oriented.
