      None. Experienced people have left and so no learning happens.

      Cons

      CEO and Editor-in-Chief is a megalomaniac. The best advice to all is to quit before he finds a reason to fire you when he gets intimidated by you. Don't trust HR, they are just moles for the CEO.

      Salary is good. Compensations are really good. If you have a good camaraderie with you team you should be able to manage

      Cons

      CEO doesn't even know how to talk to his employees, and he micromanages, doesn't respect his subordinates' time. So that's a big problem.

      Pros

      Nothing. The company went from a great place to an awful workplace once the old team quit in 2022. CEO returned to news and the company became history.

      Cons

      CEO is a megalomaniac and micromanager, who acts like a dysfunctional parent. HR head wants to curry favour and so acts as his mole instead of working for the staff.
