Overall, I had a good experience with the company. The training program is well planned and gives you a strong foundation before you start working on projects. The soft skills and CLP sessions were genuinely helpful in improving communication, confidence, and professional skills. The CDM sessions were informative and made it easier to understand the process and day-to-day work. The tech support team was quick to resolve issues whenever needed, which made the learning and work experience much smoother. The SMEs were approachable, patient, and always willing to help with questions or provide guidance. The work environment is supportive, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn new skills. It's a great place for freshers to build their knowledge and gain practical experience while working with supportive colleagues and mentors.
