Professional and Enjoyable - Data Entry Information Network Associates Employee Review

Information Network Associates (INA) is a very well-run and efficient company. My supervisor and the human resources department are competent and friendly. INA has some very interesting clients. The client seemed to be very happy with INA, so there is a good amount a job security.

While pretty standard for this field, I was posted at a client’s site, so there is limited face-to-face interaction. However, management and HR respond to emails very quickly and were always willing to talk on the phone.

Very little on the pros

Human Resources had bad communication with employers not in Harrisburg. Need better outreach to employers not based at HQ. Didn’t even know my manager had left the company until weeks after. Pay could’ve been better too
