Cons
Head of team has a very traditional and toxic mindset. Zero form of encouragement but always see a sore eye in people. Doesn’t know how to be a leader but somehow still managed to keep the role despite pushing most work to his/her subordinate. Doesn’t give credit to team but just his/herself, always claim credit for work done. When things doesn’t go his/HER way, will blame other teams for not making enough efforts.
