Pros
Really nice company culture. Seems like there's lots of opportunity to change roles internally. Ability to travel abroad for work is always nice.
Cons
Whilst there's opportunities to change departments/teams and move sideways, I am struggling to move forwards and progress in my current role. It's a shame because I like the role but I'm in a small team and there doesn't seem to be any desire to grow the team. It seems like there's very limited scope for me to progress.
