The team culture is competitive but collaborative, supportive and friendly, not at all political. Fast growing company, so some processes are being built as we go, and on the fly. If you need everything buttoned up and handed to you on day one, this probably isn’t the best fit, but if you’re the type who sees that as an opportunity to shape and influence things, then you’ll thrive here.
