Cool product and engineering / supply teams.
Have tremendous opportunity to grow, but only when the marketing and sales is augmented with talent.
Has product roadmap, and as mentioned, room for growth.
Cons
Marketing is not necessarily capable; Sales has loose motions of the mouth.
At least at the California location, Hindi is the preferred language and is often the means of communication -- this really ought be rethought from a management perspective. Not only is this disrespectful, but this is America, where English would work just fine.
Not too decent ethically.
HR can be manipulative.
