Pros
One benefit is that you don't work for free and at least make a below market salary. Very few coworkers are easy to work with.
Cons
Constant micro-managing. There is always a constant sense of instability, high turn over rate of employees and too much movement within the company. The training is very poor from the start, there is little documentation to help you support when handling cases. The software is the worst thing I have ever used in my lifetime. I have no idea how customers or companies buy in to this. The software Support 2.0 that is used to handle cases is the WORST software to use and the company does a very poor job providing adequate resources to help you do your job. You get easily reprimanded if don't answer to clients on time. Co-workers can be very toxic working long hours and making their job their LIFE. Upper management doesn't say a thing about it though because it helps their bottom line. You nothing more than a number here and must take cases and make sure you are responding on time otherwise you will be punished. There is zero company culture here. If you can't fit in the click then you're pretty much screwed and left out. My best advice to all of you who are seeking a job and are desperate, please do not make the choice to come here. Otherwise, you will feel miserable every day of your life. If you MUST and NEED the job then save as much as money as you can, but keep your resume updated. Continue applying to other jobs and NEVER stop. This company is too volatile to those who seek a stable career. This company is not about the employee but for rich. Everyone is a just a warm seat that can be easily replaced. Good luck.
