Pros
Looking back over the last year and a bit, Infomedia has improved and is constantly looking for ways to improve. Collaboration between teams is good with a drive to empower from the bottom up.
A big change to the technology team was moving to agile which was tough in the beginning but has now steadied and processes are more refined.
Everyone in the company is approachable all the way up to the CEO who has a “door is always open” policy for staff to take up.
Working from home is common and requests are hardly turned down as long as staff are productive and get things done.
There is a big focus on the wellbeing of employees both mentally and physically, not only recently with the Coronavirus but even from day one when I started.
Overall going to work is a joy and compared to my previous roles at other companies , not once do I wake up feeling “urg I have to go to work today”. All my colleagues are a pleasure to work with and so is working for Infomedia.
Cons
None really that I can think of. I feel that the company is as transparent as possible where they can be in keeping us updated.
With any business, sometimes difficult decisions need to be made and sometimes things get tough.
