1.Lot of learning involved in the work process-I am from a healthcare background and I could learn so much more from the various work assignments. Moreover, my vocabulary and writing skills have improved a lot. 2. All the staff members (across the hierarchy) are friendly and approachable- We could even discuss work related issues with the CEO of the company without any hesitation. 3. Lot of importance is given to team building and enhancing leadership skills- Other than the usual work, the management takes special efforts (by conducting talks, workshops, activities) to encourage the employees to develop confidence and motivate them to work in a team. 4. Every employee is treated with respect and dignity 5. The management also makes it a point that every employee who is doing exceptionally well in his/ her work is appreciated and rewarded. 6. Plenty of stress buster activities are held in the workplace- Moreover, all festivals, employee birthdays are celebrated with full fervour.
Cons
Not exactly cons but a few points for anyone who wants to work in InfocusRx as a Medical Writer- -Two things 1. Basic knowledge of healthcare 2. Good understanding and application of English grammar and vocabulary These are the basic prerequisites before applying for a job here.( or anywhere else as a medical writer).Based on my experience, with these two qualities, we can eventually develop good writing skills and become an exceptional medical writer. - Lot of patience and efforts is required to understand the requirements of the assignments given and to produce good quality work.
