Pros
Nothing as such. They never let you visit the company in person.
Cons
1. I was hired as a React developer trainee along with 3 more ( including our Team Leader ). 2. Within a span of 2 weeks the other 2 trainees stopped working because of the work culture and also due to the arrogant nature of the manager. 3. During my interview I was told that knowing the basics of React was enough and they were going to train me for the next 6 months. But eventually none of that happened. 4. For the first few weeks I was taught the folder structures and only HTML and CSS and the manager kept on pressurizing the TL to put us in real project. Which was basically a terrible application required by some director. 5. They don't even provide proper design such as Figma or examples , when asked they will tell it's confidential and we were not even allowed to use GitHub to update the changes and sharing the code was a very hectic task. 6. We used to work almost 14 to 15 hours a day. 7. During the last days when I shared the difficulties and my suggestions with the manager I was told that they look into the work environment and try to make the required changes and provide necessary training materials but that never actually happened. 8. Our TL left due to the arrogant behaviour of manager within few weeks of joining and the manager started scolding and started giving quite difficult tasks and when I used to ask for proper resources or if the task was not possible to do with the particular packages he used to scold and say bad things . 9. Within few days when I came to know that it's not a real company and we were the first set of people they hired just to get that project done I started asking questions and within few days they asked me to resign because if I resign I would need to pay an amount as it was a bond. 10. The HRs never helped when I tried to get in touch with them or tried to solve the issue as they have only one manager.
