The "learn" will never end and you will end up degenerated and degraded because the buzzword "learn" is created to fool you and pull you into a neverland which doesn't exist. You are "nothing" but a piece of Excel sheet, or Dashboard. There are hypercompetitive stooges of management amongst you....and they are good actors..ROFL. There is no concise documentation and knowledge transfer is NIL, now you dare "learn"! As a Tech Support Engg. you are expected to work like "developers" to be acknowledged . Management is pathetic, to say the least. I just read the Glassdoor guidelines that "profanities" should not be used.
