A systematic growth or insight is lacking and often employees end up searching for new jobs. Salary is minimal - even a top performer is not paid good. Hike is less annually. No actions or initiatives are taken to appreciate the employees. Public " making fun " comments passed about employees who might be struggling to catch up the work.
