The culture is also very supportive, multicultural, and family-oriented. The team stands by your side when you need it most. Infobase keeps employees' personal lives a priority. Overall, I appreciate Infobase's mentoring culture, work-life balance, and supportive environment. The company truly cultivates employee wellbeing and growth. Infobase has been an ideal employer for me so far.

There are none for me

The organization provides good opportunities and allow you to work independently while having a safety net with team. Members are not "air-dropped" into a project to fend for themselves. The responsibilities and goals are laid out with freedom for you to decide how to reach deliverables, with support of fellow Infobase team at arms reach. Projects have been tied to industry latest with lots of learning opportunities. Have experienced open door policies with other members and reporting structure and encouraged to discussed openly any concerns and ideas in an open setting within the organization.

As a smaller company with very minimal management layer, one might prefer a larger managerial career growth capacity.
