Pros

You can easily fake competence as the interviewers have no expertise to recognize and evaluate talent. For the lucky ones who get through the gatekeepers there is a steady paycheck ahead. Hang your hat and rest assured no one will bother to find out your contributions, or lack thereof. So long as you get your big, fat direct deposit why should you care?

Cons

The leadership's egos will kill any chance for career growth. Leadership perennially dips into company cash to pay for personal lifestyle and ship money abroad. There have long been indiscretions between top management and female employees. Middle management is too busy covering the indiscretions and take license for their own, to perform in their positions.

Pros

I'm relatively new here, and I'm really happy I chose InfoMC. The staff takes a lot of pride in their work and really cares about their customers and the people they serve. This group works hard and they seem to really support one another and enjoy working with each other. The company is growing and the long-time staff has been great in trying to bring the new staff along. From what I've seen so far, I'm excited about a long career here at InfoMC!

Cons

Onboarding and training for new employees could be improved, but the company acknowledged this right away and is working to address it. We do need more people but we are working on that!

Pros

I got a steady paycheck.

Cons

My experience was overwhelmingly negative. The company suffers from a chronic lack of direction—leadership seems completely unsure of what they want, and major decisions are often made on the fly. Turnover is sky-high, so you’re constantly working with new people who are just as confused as you are. Training is almost non-existent; you’re expected to jump in with no clear guidance and somehow figure out how to support a product that is riddled with defects and poorly documented. There’s also a noticeable level of favoritism toward certain long-time employees. Instead of fixing what’s broken, the company bends over backward for a handful of individuals who cause most of the problems. Meanwhile, genuine issues—like outdated code, a subpar offshore team, inadequate budgets for software, and unrealistic project demands—get swept under the rug. On top of that, morale is terrible. Deadlines are often missed or scrapped in favor of last-minute changes that leave everyone scrambling. People who speak up about the problems are either ignored or given half-hearted assurances that never materialize into real improvements. Ultimately, I found the environment toxic and unprofessional. If you care about career growth, or even basic organization, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. This place needs a complete overhaul of its leadership and strategy before it can be considered.
